I took the picture above while waiting with the kids for the morning school bus. Cripes, it’s cold! In family news; this week’s activity seems to be figuring out what to ask Santa for. It’s ironic how much effort my kids put into this. We had a talk last night that they should concentrate on being good to others and the gifts would take care of themselves. Their response was that they would ask for gifts for others as well. Oh well, on a serious note, I think I sort of got through to them.

Speaking of holiday’s, and I do hate to mention holidays so soon, but we’re excited the family Christmas is in Connecticut this year. Regardless please let us know anything we can do to make your holiday season a bit brighter. We’ve got our catering menus out on the take-out counter and our greenhouse seats up to 42 people; or up to 115 people if you use the bar too, (which is also available separately & accommodates 96).

Across the wall, at Hoops we are proud to offer live music every Friday or Saturday, and even prouder that we never charge for it (Except for Max Creek, which is Saturday, December 16th this year). We are also proud to offer every single football game and most other sports.

Well that’s about it for this week, but before I “fare thee well” I wanted to thank you for choosing to spend your time and money here at our local restaurant. We consciously try to support our local farms and purveyors and appreciate your supporting us. Thanks for being a part of us!
