The picture above is from about 1955. My Mom and dad were dating; Mom is 19 years old and Dad is 23. This picture is very special to me. In it I see their innocence and excitement of what they would create with their lives. I know that I often speak of how proud I am of my wife and children; however, how I feel about my parents lives, exceeds pride, and is more like awe. I am so very lucky to have had them as parents. 

While I’m being a tad introspective and sentimental this week. Let me also say how very proud and appreciative I am of my staff here at Antonio’s, they are very much another part of my family. I’ve known most of them for a great part of my life, and their love, care, support and devotion has allowed me to see my dreams unfold in every way. Thank you.

Last, but most assuredly not least, is all of the customers; some of whom have known me, from before I was born, (which was quite a bit ago). I am so appreciative of you too. I am indeed a very lucky man! Thanks for still being here!

CLAM FRITTERS

Finely chopped clams gently folded into a traditional fritter batter. Spooned into 100% vegetable oil and deep fried until golden brown. Served with a side of our freshly prepared tartar sauce and available by either the half or full dozen.


PORTOBELLO STEAKHOUSE SALAD

A large Portobello mushroom cap stuffed with Bleu cheese and char grilled over an open flame. Served atop a bed of fresh spinach leaves tossed in our Balsamic vinaigrette. Accented with diced tomato, slices of cucumber and sprinkles of red cabbage, carrots and crumbles of Bleu cheese. Comes with a mini-loaf of fresh Garlic Bread.



GRECIAN QUICHE

In a word; YUM! A freshly baked quiche featuring fresh spinach leaves, sundried tomatoes and crumbles of Feta cheese. Served warm and accompanied by a small house salad with your choice of our freshly made dressings.



PORTOBELLO CAP ON A BUN

A plump Portobello mushroom cap glazed with Balsamic vinaigrette over an open flame. Snuggled onto a fresh toasted deli bun with roasted red peppers, Provolone cheese and fresh spinach leaves. Lightly dressed with mayo and accompanied by a deli pickle spear.



HONEY FAJITA WRAP

A plump chicken breast char grilled over an open flame and tossed with sautéed peppers and onions. Seasoned with our own fajita spices and a drizzle of honey before rolling with diced ripe tomatoes and shards of iceberg lettuce in a warm flour tortilla.



CHICKEN PENNE WITH VODKA SAUCE

We start by char grilling two hand selected chicken breasts over an open flame. While those are cooking we create a vodka sauce of sautéed diced sweet onions, vine ripened California tomato strips, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and of course a drizzle of imported vodka. Tossed with 108 luxurious penne rigate noodles and crowned with the aforementioned strips of char grilled chicken, a generous sprinkle of real Parmesan cheese, and a carefully chosen pinch of freshly chopped curly parsley. Brought to you with a basket of freshly buttered Garlic Bread.


SHRIMP PICATTA

We start with eight large shrimp being sliced and lightly dredged in seasoned flour. Pan sautéed with slices of fresh mushrooms, nuggets of coarsely chopped garlic and capers. Deglazed with dry white wine, enlivened with a squeeze of lemon and finished with a pat (or two) of whole butter. Served upon a bed of 119 hand selected fettuccini noodles. Garlic Bread arrives with each dinner entree!

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

The Cheesecake Of The Week is Blueberry! Mrs. Hamilton said she missed out on this flavor back in January, and, everyone loves blueberry.... come to think of it, I'm starting to think that everyone loves cheesecake!
Our bluberry cheesecake has a shortbread crust, and we pick the biggest blueberries to put whole INSIDE it and ON TOP of it. The rest of the bunch gets macerated in a pan and made into the puree that we swirl on top. thumbs up emoji
